In honor of World Environment Day, Vedant International School launched the Green Vision Day campaign, held from 2nd June to 5th June. The campaign focused on planting trees and raising awareness about the importance of environmental conservation.
Students, teachers, and the entire Vedant community came together to plant 500 trees in various locations, including their homes, the school campus, and local society gardens. The collective effort demonstrated the community’s commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
Our Principal planted 25 trees in her garden and 10 more on the school campus. Dharini Shukla, the Director, significantly contributed by planting 50 trees across the Mahimdabad and Isanpur campuses. All teachers also participated by planting trees in their home gardens and the school’s garden, showing a united effort towards a greener future.
In addition to tree planting, the campaign included a series of activities aimed at educating students about environmental conservation. These activities included workshops, discussions, and interactive sessions on topics such as recycling, reducing plastic use, and conserving water.
The Green Vision Day campaign was a tremendous success, fostering a sense of environmental responsibility among students and the broader community.
